Please help us lift up the voices and experiences of women working in manufacturing by completing this survey on what helps and hinders women’s retention and advancement in manufacturing. The survey was developed by the Institute for Women’s Policy Research in collaboration with the AFL-CIO.
How Long?: The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete. All responses will be anonymous and treated in the strictest confidence. As a participant you can enter a drawing for a $50 gift card (100 to be won).
Survey Focus: The survey is focused on the United States.
Survey Goal: The goal of the survey, which is part of the Improving Women’s Retention and Advancement in Construction and Manufacturing project, is to provide much needed evidence to employers, unions, policy-makers, and other stakeholders on what it is like as a woman to work in manufacturing, and on what needs to change.
